A stunning house in the heart of the beautiful Conwy County in North Wales with wonderful facilities. The space Firstly, if you are looking for amazing views overlooking Llandudno, Anglesey, Puffin Island and Conwy Mountain which past guests have described as spectacular and breathtaking with the beach 🏖️ and mountains being within a 5-10 minute walk and easy access to the most stunning landmarks in north wales including Snowdonia plus, the change to holiday with your pooch 🐶, friends/family or both (enabling you you split the cost 👌🏻) this is the property for you! The delightful interior and central location make this house perfect for a family or those that enjoy the great outdoors whether it be walking, climbing, zip wires or boat rides to scenic walks or bike rides…Come and enjoy one of the gems of North Wales, you will not be disappointed ☺️ At the heart of this lovely property is a modern and spacious open-plan kitchen diner which has a washer dryer/microwave/oven. A comfortable lounge featuring a large screen TV. There are also some games/puzzles available. The ground floor also offers a cloakroom with WC. There is also super fast broadband for those wanting to do some work on their laptops or simply use for pleasure phones/tablets/games On the first floor, there are three bedrooms which accommodate (4-5 adults only)The king-size double, which has mountain views, the double room which has spectacular sea and mountain views, both these bedrooms have built in wardrobes for plenty of storage. The third bedroom has bunk beds and again, built in wardrobes. The top bunk bed is manufactured for the use of children only and NOT adults. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower. Well behaved, house trained pups 🐶 are welcome (£20 per pooch per stay). The rear garden is secure and safe (maximum of 2). Unfortunately, due to my public liability insurance, I am unable to host banned breeds also, excessively shedding dogs are also not permitted Lastly, those guests with electric cars/vans will not be permitted to charge the vehicle at the property unless this is agreed prior to booking. The electric is monitored for this reason Guest access Entire house and garden Other things to note We are in a prime location minutes away from the heart of Conwy, a thriving place with many restaurants, coffee bars, and character pubs. Dogs welcome except for those that shred heavily (maximum 2). There are no safety features to house children under 2 (safety gates/highchair ect). Guests will have to inform the host when travelling with toddlers for instance purposes The third bedroom has bunk beds and are manufactured to sleep young children only on the top bunk and not adults. Please not this on booking as a £20 per night charge will be issued if this rule is not adhered to Conwy Castle, Conwy Marina and Conwy Mountain are all easily accessible, whilst further afield there are many locations with much to offer, Bangor and Llandudno being two of North Wales' best towns to visit whilst Snowdonia and Anglesey are just a short drive The Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno is only a few minutes drive away and has a fabulous long promenade and lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The stunning Bodnant Gardens are close by too so there is always something to see or do. If you are looking for something a little more extreme, try your hand a surfing at Surf Snowdonia, or drive a little further and whizz down Europe's longest and fastest zipline. (Advance booking is usually required for these activities). Mount Snowdon and other mountain ranges are short drive away. We also have Conwy mountain, Llandudno Great and Little Orme where sea lions and dolphins can be seen. Not to mention a huge selection of beaches to choose from where you can enjoy water sports or just pure relaxation.
