Studio near beach

My place is close to the beach and its restaurants, the city center, cultural places, public transport (tram and bus). You'll appreciate my space for the outdoor spaces and the neighborhood. Quiet. Enjoy in July the Moz 'aicfestival. Visit the Museum of Fine Arts (1st Impressionist Museum in the provinces), Perret Architecture (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Maison de l 'Armateur, Etretat and Honfleur (30 mins) The space The neighborhood is both residential and touristy due to the proximity to the beach. Many shops and restaurants. A 10 to 15 minutes' walk from the Perret city center, the Saint Roch square, the cultural places (the Volcano, the MuMa, the control apartment, the Armor's House...), the staircase circuit... Guest access Since the access to the studio is independent of our house, you will organize your comings and goings as you wish, but if you need it, you can come knock on our door right next door!
