Other things to note: There is a Nest smart doorbell in the front of the house, a security camera overlooking the front of the house and they are for security and safety purposes. There is a Minut system in the living room that measures party noise or if someone is smoking in the home. Guest access Guests have full access to the main home, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and backyard patio on the second floor. Please note that the lower-level (basement) area is not part of the rental. Check-in is completely self-service through a keypad with a unique code generated for each reservation, ensuring both convenience and security.
