By The River B&B, a distinguished, historic home on the banks of the storied and beautiful Saint John River, near the heart of the vibrant capital city of Fredericton. The house dates back to 1903, and we have lovingly updated the home to accommodate 8 guest suites whilst retaining many original features. All have lovely bathrooms and all the modern amenities, most rooms have King Size beds, and all are air- conditioned. Special service, on site SPA, make your appointment in advance. The space Before it was called the Saint John River, Indigenous peoples called it Wolastoq, the beautiful and bountiful river. This suite honours that ongoing Indigenous legacy by offering a sunroom which gives the best view of the river from anywhere in the house. In addition to the sunroom this spacious suite has a sitting room perfect for relaxing or curling up with a good book. Featuring two beds, one queen size,one double size, and a private bathroom, this suite is sure to make every guest feel ready to explore all the natural beauty that Fredericton has to offer.
