Elizabeth House ~ seaside holiday home with pool

Elizabeth House is located in the pretty village of Seaview, in Port Elizabeth. The house is located on the shore of the Indian Ocean and has 180 degree sea views from the large wooden deck. With 4 private bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 guest loo's, unlimited wi-fi, smart TV with dstv (satellite), pool (net provided for kiddies) & large garden. Beautiful sunsets, dolphins, migrating whales & all local amenities on our doorstep. Borehole water. The space Elizabeth House can sleep up to 14 guests: usually 8 adults in the 4 private bedrooms and up to 6 kiddies on 3 comfortable double sleeper couches (If you require sleepers made up please let us know when you book) All our linen is 100% cotton, extra blankets and heaters are provided in each room for the winter, fans for the summer and you will find bath towels in the bedrooms (please bring beach towels). There is a great big deck overlooking the ocean which has a comfortable table and benches and outside braai / BBQ stand for cooking. The house has a smart TV with DSTV Now / Satellite, and you can log in to Netflix or and other streaming app. Free unlimited wi-fi Swimming pool with fence and pool safety net available for kiddies who can not yet swim Borehole: our area is facing a terrible drought meaning homes may be without water, our borehole means that you do not have to adhere to the strict water restrictions imposed at other establishments Indoor charcoal braai / BBQ 3 Full bathrooms, 2 guest loos Large enclosed garden Alarm, Private security & electric gate on remote Family friendly. We are extremely fortunate to live in such a safe area, but the house has all the usual features of a South African home: burglar bars, alarm with beams, all linked to our local private security company. Should any load shedding be experienced our homes are equipped with small back up battery systems which run your TV, wi fi and lights. In the event of any interruption to water we have a filtered rain water system which allows us to store and pump into the house 15,000 litres of rain water. Fees: Service fee is not a cleaning fee - it is the fee Airbnb charges to use their site. It covers credit card fees and a booking fee for using Airbnb. Cleaning fee: covers laundry on departure. It is not for any cleaning during your stay.
