No children 12 and under. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath guest cottage above a detached garage. The garage is connected to a main house by an open breezeway. My husband and I live in the main house, and you may see us from time to time (including at the pool or gym), but guests have full use of all the outside areas as well as their own private entrance to the cottage via the garage. •The Primary bedroom features a king size bed, 55" Smart TV, large dresser and closet • The Second bedroom features 2 bunkbeds. The upper bunks are twin size and the lower bunks are queen sized. This bedroom also has a 55" Smart TV, large dresser and closet • The Bathroom has a double vanity, spacious shower bath, and linen closet with luxurious towels. Owner also provides hair dryer, shampoo, and soap. • The kitchen features a beautiful custom made range hood atop stainless steel GE stove and electric stovetop. Large stainless steel sink with garbage disposal, dishwasher, and stainless steel french door refrigerator. • The Common space features a spacious sectional sofa (which can be converted into a queen size bed), cozy gas fireplace and 55" smart tv, coffee bar with Keurig and complimentary coffee and snacks, glass dining table for 2. • The balcony has a small table for 2. It the perfect place to take in the coastal views or drink coffee or read a book in peace. • The pool features a travertine patio with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pool also has a sun-ledge which is great for sunbathing. • The Pier- wooden pier gives you access to Cox Creek to swim, kayak, crab, or fish •The Gym- on the main level of the guest cottage is the fully equipped featuring a versatile cable machine, free weights, treadmill, and a Peloton There is plenty of parking for vehicles on the driveway. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a short 5-10 minute drive away from grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, liquor stores, gas stations, and more. We keep to ourselves, but are here if you need help with anything! We now offer massages right at the guesthouse. Stay in the beautiful setting and enjoy a wonderful massage from Brianna, a local massage therapist. Brianna is mobile and brings the table, massage oils, and everything you need for a restorative, relaxing massage!
