Other things to note Additional guest rules: • Check-in is available from 14:00 to 23:00 (night check-in is subject to an additional fee and must be arranged in advance). • On the day of arrival, we are required to take photos of all guests’ passports and visas (Thailand arrival stamp) for TM30 registration. Without the original documents, we will not be able to accommodate you in the apartment. • On the day of departure, guests must pay for water and electricity usage (CASH ONLY).
