We have an extremely pleasant, respectful and helpful tenant, Julie, who lives in an apt. below the bnb with her own separate entrance, but she parks in front on the street. She may use the backyard on occasion, but please don't hesitate to join her out there if she happens to be enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. Other things to note Self check-in with keyless entry. There is a second keyless entry on the back door as well that will have an identical code. You may park in the garage OR in the driveway, whichever is most convenient for you! If you happen to lock yourself out of the place by locking both doorknobs, please don't panic. Julie knows where the spare key is hidden, and I can message you the location as well. :-) There will be a $150 fine for smoking inside. Our downstairs tenant can smell it through the vents in his apartment, so please be respectful. Smoking is only allowed in the back yard. Thank you!
