In the heart of the Périgord, on the banks of the Dordogne River, between Bergerac and Sarlat, in the picturesque village of Tremolat—known for its cingle, its water sports center, and its three restaurants (including Le Vieux Logis, a Michelin-starred establishment)— we welcome you to a traditional farmhouse over 200 years old, fully renovated in 2020. The property, located 1.5 km from the village center, is ideally situated for a peaceful vacation—without being isolated—and for exploring the region’s many tourist attractions. Built on a hillside with perfect sunlight exposure, nestled among 3 hectares of meadows where you can admire nature and its wildlife, our single-story home is equipped with all modern comforts and furnished in a contemporary style. Next to the house is an old barn that we’ve converted into a laundry room. You can also use it to store your bikes or other bulky items... Enjoy a large, bright living area that opens onto the outdoors, featuring a spacious, comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen—the perfect place to gather and share convivial moments over regional dishes… Relax in one of the two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The first features a large 160x200 bed, and its bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and a toilet. The second can be configured with a large 180x200 bed or two 90x200 beds, and its bathroom includes a small shower. An additional toilet is available in the hallway leading to both bedrooms. The bedding is new, and the mattresses offer firm, well-balanced comfort. Take a dip in an 8 m x 4 m saltwater pool with a seating area (water depth 1.5 m), heated to 27 degrees, before relaxing on the lounge chairs in the sun or under the shade of UV-protective umbrellas. Enjoy the air conditioning in all rooms of the house during hot weather (individually controlled in each room) or simply settle into the shade of the trees… Come evening, you can admire the sunset over the Dordogne cliffs from the back terrace while listening to the song of the crickets and sipping a glass of Pécharmant, sourced from the surrounding hillsides…
