This spacious waterfront home is a true hidden gem—offering the ultimate blend of relaxation, fun, and comfort. Start your mornings with coffee on the expansive deck as the sun rises over the water, or cast a line from your private dock for a little fishing or crabbing. The backyard has been transformed into your very own beach oasis, complete with a picnic table, cozy fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and beach loungers—perfect for soaking up the coastal vibe. After a day of adventure, rinse off in the warm outdoor shower before settling in for the evening. Inside, the home features three comfortable bedrooms, including a first-floor primary suite with its own en suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, offering a bit of separation and privacy for families or groups. All showers are equipped with grab bars for added comfort and accessibility. The large open living room features vaulted ceilings and a smart TV, while the sunroom—wrapped in windows—offers stunning waterfront views and a cozy spot for board games or afternoon lounging. Whether you're curling up with a book, enjoying a friendly game night, or taking a well-deserved nap, there’s space for everyone to unwind. The fully stocked eat-in kitchen makes meal prep a breeze—and when it’s time to dine, slide open the doors and enjoy your meal al fresco on the deck. At sunset, gather around the fire pit for s’mores under the stars and end the night in one of the plush, cozy beds for a restful sleep. Looking to explore? Use the included Beach Club parking pass to enjoy the Ocean Pines Beach Club just across the bridge in Ocean City. This private beachside spot includes bathrooms, showers, an outdoor pool (fee required for pool), and a bar & grill. Closer to home, you can stroll through the local farmers market on Saturday mornings, hit the tennis or pickleball courts, let the kids loose on the many playgrounds, or play a round at one of the five area golf courses. Don’t forget to visit Assateague State Park to hike the trails, relax on the beach, and spot the famous wild ponies! Heading into Ocean City? Spend the day at Jolly Roger’s Waterpark, play mini-golf, walk the iconic boardwalk, or grab a burger at Brass Balls Saloon. After dinner, check out one of the large arcades and top it off with a classic twist cone from Dumser’s Dairyland. Renters must be at least 25 years old; if under 25, please contact us for approval before booking. This is a family-friendly neighborhood with quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the area peaceful for all. Additionally, we’re available 24/7 for emergencies, such as lockouts, to ensure an stress-free stay.
