Typical Ligurian construction, in original stone, La Casetta is an old stable internally renovated, leaving local and suggestive details unaltered. Independent, on 2 floors, with a lovely terrace where you can eat surrounded by olive trees, from which you can admire the valley to the sea. The sleeping area, on the lower floor, always remains naturally cool, thanks to the stone walls. Ideal for 2 adults + 2 children (not recommended for 4 adults). (008030-LT-0104) The space Stop, you have found a little paradise! 10 km from the sea, among the peace of the olive trees, stands "La Casetta", a former stable in old stone, completely restored internally. On two floors, with 3/4 beds, a large kitchen and living area on the upper floor, which overlooks the terrace where you can eat and relax. Downstairs, the bathroom with shower and washing machine, the children's sleeping area (1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed), the double bedroom (separated from the children's sleeping area by a door) which overlooks the internal courtyard. The parking space next to the house is reserved for guests. The cottage has 2 independent entrances (one from the main door on the upper floor and one from the French window from the sleeping area on the lower floor). Ideal for a peaceful holiday, away from civilization and chaos. The new OASI RELAX POOL, restructured in 2019 and renewed in 2022 with a new salt filtration system, stands among the olive trees and will be open FROM JUNE TILL SEPTEMBER: it is a REAL in-ground pool, measuring 11 x 5 metres, with comfortable Roman access staircase. The area around the pool has a wooden fence and a brand new green lawn, organized on 2 levels, of about 170 square meters, fully equipped and surrounded by olive trees, with a shower with water from our tub, naturally heated by the sun. The swimming pool is PRIVATE and is shared with the guests of another house for rent in Lecchiore, which is located a few meters from the Casetta. Groceries, pizzerias, etc. are located in Dolcedo at 4 km, while the larger supermarkets at Imperia at 12 km. Walking in the woods, after a few minutes you will come across beautiful lakes with crystalline green water, set in the greenest nature ... a swim is a must! The new cycle path from San Lorenzo (30 minutes by car) winds for more than 25 km up to Ospedaletti: all by the sea, with bars, restaurants and games for children. it's free, it's always open, single and family bikes can be rented. A 20-minute drive takes you to Imperia, its public and private sandy and pebble beaches, and the fascinating historic centers of Porto Maurizio and Oneglia. And again Sanremo, Diano Marina, Alassio... up to Genoa and Nice... in a maximum of 1h30 by car you can travel along the entire western Ligurian coast, always returning in the evening to your nest of peace out of time, in Lecchiore.
