The living room opens onto a games room which has a pool table, darts and a Playstation, making this cottage perfect for groups with younger members to entertain. The lawned garden is small but enclosed, and guests at this cottage also have use of a football pitch, and a pass for one car for Dalby Forest, with wonderful walking and cycling (this will no longer be available as of 1 January 2026) Note: No large groups under the age of 35 years; the owner will, however, accept multi-generational family bookings that contain under 35's. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome; please ensure any pets are showing on your booking receipt when you book. Dogs are not to be left unattended in this property at any time.
