It has practically everything nearby: a travel agency, restaurants, bakery, markets, ice cream parlor, health center and, of course, beaches. With good walks, you will reach the most distant waterfalls and beaches. The space On the 1st floor are located a 2-bedroom house and a store facing the street. Through a separate entrance, next to the store, there is a staircase composed of 17 steps that gives access to the 2nd floor and the 6 en-suites built for rent. Each en-suite has its own independent entrance. The room has a double bed, smart TV, 10,000-btu air-conditioning, minibar, sandwich maker, plates, glasses and cutlery for two people. Guests are responsible for all other personal materials. E.g. soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc. The location is not an inn and, for this reason, there is no breakfast or on-site services. But for those who want to bring groceries to make their own breakfast, there is a sandwich maker, plates, glasses and cutlery available, as well as a minibar to store the drinks and fruits you want. All guests will receive a copy of the corresponding room entry key and a copy of the gate entry key that gives access to the stairs. Guest access Arrival at Ilha Grande can be made by the Barcas S/A company boat departing from Mangaratiba or Angra dos Reis. There is also another option to arrive at Ilha Grande through a flex boat that leaves from Conceição de Jacareí or Angra dos Reis. In Vila do Abraão, there are only two ways to get around the neighborhood: on foot or by bicycle, which can be rented at local establishments. Access to the beaches can be by hiking or by taxi boats that depart from Vila do Abraão to beaches such as Abraãozinho, Praia do Pouso, which gives access to Lopes Mendes, Praia da Feiticeira, etc. Other things to note The TV is a smart TV. To use Netflix, Amazon Video, Globo Play and other apps, the guest must connect their own account and may use the in-room Wi-Fi network. For this, a Vivo data package has been contracted and Wi-Fi access will be made available to each guest. Both the open TV signal and the cellular signal are subject, respectively, to the satellite signal and the signal emitted by the operator. Both often depend on the weather condition and thus may suffer interference, oscillations or even absence at times. The supply of electricity is very stable, especially after the improvements made in recent years. Even so, it can suffer interruptions, as anywhere in the world. Although the law of silence is in effect, this room is subject to noise at night, especially in high season due to bars with live music and passers-by circulating around the locality.
