The villa has four large double suites, each with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. A rare configuration, particularly appreciated by four couples or adult families seeking comfort, independence and privacy. The interiors retain the authentic character of the Umbrian mansions: large convivial rooms, two living rooms with fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen and generous spaces in which to meet with naturalness. Outside, the patio with barbecue and views of the village accompany slow breakfasts, outdoor dinners and moments of absolute tranquility. Here the silence is real. The villa is surrounded by greenery, far from confusion and reserved exclusively for guests. It is the ideal place to slow down, be together and experience the most authentic atmosphere of Umbria. 📍Location The location also allows you to comfortably reach some of the most fascinating destinations in the region, including Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco and Bevagna. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa and outdoor areas. Arrival is via self check-in, to offer maximum autonomy and privacy. All access information will be provided prior to your stay. Other things to note The villa is located in a quiet, hilly area with views. A car is recommended for getting around.
