A rare two-storey stone house right on the seaside of amazing Karavostasi (Plytra) near Monemvasia, is the ideal choice for unique vacations! It accommodates 6 guests in 2 bedrooms & an open-air attic (perfect for kids). Its huge front veranda offers unlimmited sea view and space for dinner parties or sunbathing. It has 3 A/C in the living areas, and a fire place for the winter days. The house has 2 bathrooms, but it also has an extra outdoor shower - which is a fun choice after swimming for adults and kids! The verandas of the house are two. The back one ideal for the brekfast time as it has shade during the morning and the big front one, half covered with a pergola for shade, ideal for lunch and dinners. As the quiet sea front has no beach but rocks, we have a platform from where you can enter the sea so easily! A sundy beach with 2 taverns and beach bar is just 5 minutes away on Foot!
