Family Fun "Campout"

We'd love to host your family in our family fun camper located on our one-acre horse property. Come enjoy quiet and simple accommodations in our comfortable on-property camper while you spend the day exploring all the sites and events in Southern Utah. Our camper is a 2020 Grand Design 28-foot bunkhouse. It includes one private bedroom with a queen bed, two bunks, a table that converts to a bed, a kitchenette inside/small stovetop outdoor kitchen and one bathroom with shower. Our outdoor space includes a fun outdoor seating area, dining area, and access to our amazing backyard which includes a built-in BBQ, a firepit, and plenty of space and toys for kids to play and run. Parking is included for two vehicles. We are located a half a mile away from the Little Valley pickleball courts and ball fields. It is a perfect location when attending events in the Little Valley area. . Our location also provides quick access to hiking and biking trails, several golf courses, Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake state parks, and of course just 60 minutes to Zion National Park, and 2 hours to Lake Powell or the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Even Vegas is only 90 minutes away for an easy day trip. *P.S. This camper is located on our primary residence. We look forward to meeting you.
