There is a main bathroom and the second bathroom has a shower, vanity, and toilet, while a third toilet is located off the rumpus room. The kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms open onto wide verandas, allowing sea breezes to cool the home. Additionally, there is reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout. The kitchen is clean, modern, and well-equipped. The home is freshly painted with simple decor, and the fully fenced grounds provide ample off-street parking for boats and cars. Bird Song is conveniently located close to the Wooli Bowls Club, tennis courts, children's playground, beach accesses, the Cenotaph, and the local Wooli eateries. * PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: - Linen is NOT supplied at this property.
