Charming country house with hot tub and land

Charming little house, with its restored bread oven and hot tub, on a 2,000-m² wooded plot. At the heart of a peaceful hamlet, where a few very discreet residents live. In front of the house, you will find a desk, a video projector, and a sofa bed. For the more adventurous, you can use the bread oven to try your hand at making pizzas! You will be surrounded by nature, the road ends at the house! Please respect the desired quiet environment. The space In summer, the house stays cool; The house and the grounds are entirely for guests' private use. The spaces are laid out as follows: Ground floor of the house, 38 m 2 living room with a sofa bed. Upstairs (also 38 m²): 2 bedrooms and the small bathroom / WC Bedroom 1: A double mattress on tatami mats Bedroom 2: Twin beds that can be used as 2 single beds or pushed together to form a double bed, and a bunk bed for the children. In the old, restored barn across from the house (you have to cross the yard to get to the bathroom in the house), you will find an office space equipped with a video projector, ideal for quiet evenings or when the weather is rainy or too hot! There is a sofa bed here. Outside, there is also the village's old bread oven, which has been restored and can be used (please note that it takes several hours to heat up). Adjacent to the bread oven is a summer kitchen (with a barbecue/grill, a small sink, and a refrigerator). Use of the bread oven requires an additional wood fee and is available upon request. Please note: The various outdoor and indoor staircases are not safe for small children. The spa is not a toy, and its use is the sole responsibility of the adults present on the premises. Guest access Parking is in the courtyard of the house, in front of the wooden awning. Spaces for 2 cars. A third car can park in front of the gate. Other things to note In the region, many activities depending on the seasons: Visits to farms, caves and castles, villages and walks, amusement parks and tree climbing. Cities of Cluny, Taizé, Charolles and Paray le Monial nearby, local farmers' markets, equestrian centers... don't hesitate to ask us for information!
