Living Room / Terrace Relax after a day of exploring Puerto Vallarta on a comfortable sofa (which can convert into a bed) and watch TV on the Smart TV using your streaming apps. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture for up to 4 people, perfect for relaxing while enjoying your morning coffee or reading a book in the afternoon. Kitchen / Dining Area This unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge that has filtered water, a 4-burner cooktop, an oven, and a range microwave. It is stocked with pans, dishes, cutlery, glassware, and everything you need to prepare and serve a meal at the dining table for 4. The sink also provides filtered water. Bedroom The main bedroom includes a king-size bed, a closet with a safe, and a Smart TV to watch your favorite series via your own streaming apps. Bathroom The full bathroom features two doors: one leading directly to the bedroom and the other from the hall. The rain shower is the perfect way to unwind after a day full of adventures. Other things to note Late Check-Out or Early Check-In Requests Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability. While we do our best to accommodate these requests, we are not always able to grant them. Due to the check-in / check-out of another guest and housekeeping service - sanitation between guests we may not be able to honor your request. In the event we cannot accommodate your request, we can hold your luggage at our office until your unit is ready for you to check in or upon departure until closer to your departure or flight time. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge at 24 hours in advance. PLEASE NOTE: if you require a CHECK-IN or CHECK-OUT time outside our regular check in / check out times and schedule, there will be an additional charge of $40 USD (700 Pesos) (tax included) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge. This applies to all check-outs earlier than 7:59 am or check-ins later than 8:01 pm. To avoid these fee's, when booking your flight or when considering flight times, please keep this in mind. REMEMBER THAT PUERTO VALLARTA IS LOCATED IN CENTRAL TIME ZONE (SAME AS MEXICO CITY, GMT-6) Guest Restrictions at Check-in The number of persons stipulated on the guest's Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge will be applied depending on the condo and/or building rules and regulations. CONDOMINIUM REGULATIONS Pool and Apartment Area. 1. Only WHITE towels are allowed in the pool area. 2. Diving/rough play is not allowed in the pool area. 3. No food allowed in in the pools. 4. No loud music in the pool/snack area, please use headphones. 5. No glass (bottles, containers, cups, plates, etc.) is allowed in the pool/snack area. 6. No large inflatables in the pool, only small size (donuts) with a diameter of approximately 50 centimeters. 7. No minors are allowed inside the Jacuzzi. (only 16-Year-old+). 8. Due to medical recommendations, the Jacuzzi can only be used for 30 minutes per person. This is to avoid seasickness, heatstroke, raise/drop in blood pressure especially while using medications/alcohol. 9. Please do not move the pool area furniture (loungers/umbrellas/tables/chairs/etc.). 10. Please do not “reserve” the pool/snack area furniture (loungers/umbrellas/tables/chairs/etc.); Furniture being “reserved” without your presence for lengthy periods of time will result in your items being removed and taken to the security booth where you can pick them up. 11. Long-term renters may have a maximum of 4 visits from 09:00 to 22:00 prior notification of the owner or administrator of the department directed to security and administration, without this notification, access is not allowed. Long-term rentals are consider from 6 months or more. 12. Visitors do not apply during holiday seasons, long weekends, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas holidays, etc. Vacation renters will not be able to have visitors. 13. Smoking is not permitted in the pool area, on balconies or in common areas. 14. Fast food delivery people cannot enter the property. You must go down to the security booth to pick up your food. 15. Every time you enter or leave the property, you will be asked for your apartment number, this to keep a proper record of all persons entering or leaving the property. 16. Within your apartment, please use music volume only for your personal enjoyment, please refrain from having loud music that disrupts your neighbors. 17. No hanging towels, bathing suits, clothes, etc. on the railings of the terraces of the apartments.
