Seaside Charm

A charming modern, self contained ground floor flat, part of the hosts house, only 250m to a popular East Coast Bay beach. Private entrance, large bedroom with one queen bed, lounge/dining, fully equipped galley kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Own outdoor area to enjoy. A perfect home away from home to explore the North Shore. No smoking, no pets, no shoes inside please. Bus stops for public transport across the road but best to have a car. Parking ONLY available on the street, generally outside the property but being by a popular beach it can get busy and require parking further up the road, especially in summer. If this is not acceptable, please do not book. Unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility issues. Heaters for winter, windows with bug screens and fans for summer. In order to keep the nightly cost as reasonable as possible there is no air-conditioning. Auckland summers can be humid on some days so if you require air conditioning please do not book. Check in and out is contactless but we are available for any requests. Always happy to help with anything you may want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
