Haendel meets Banksy! Welcome to our unique 2-room apartment in the popular Paulusviertel. The Apartment am Wasserturm combines vintage and industrial design in a modern flat in an old building. Ideal for families, couples, a group but also for business travelers. We can accommodate up to 5 guests. Equipped with many other extras such as high-speed wifi, smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen, you can feel at home and relax and unwind after a hard day. The space Outdoor area The apartment is on the upper floor of a beautiful old building apartment. You can reach the apartment at the water tower via a staircase in the stairwell. Living area Through the hallway you enter the living area with a cozy couch in a vintage look to relax after long excursions. A gentle carpet over high-quality laminate, and an ammunition box converted into a coffee table invite you to linger. A 55-inch smart TV on the wall offers plenty of entertainment. A special highlight is the almost 100 year old massive display cabinet. Kitchen and dining area You can also reach the kitchen via the hallway. Here you will find the kitchen with everything you need to prepare full meals (oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, microwave and kettle). The dining area can accommodate 5 people at the beautiful dining table Baths You can reach the bathroom via the kitchen. Equipped with shower, toilet, storage facilities and a large mirror, you have everything you need there. Bedroom You can reach the bedroom via the hallway, it is to the left of the front door. The room is bright and invitingly industrial. Here you will find a king size bed (1.80 x 2.0m) as well as a standard bed (0.9 x 2.00 m) where you can sleep in. You can put your clothes on the open closet Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Feel at home! We are not available on site, but via telephone, SMS or the messaging system. Please keep in mind that you book a holiday apartment and not a hotel with a 24/7 desk ;-).
