agri domus apartment in old farm

The apartment is 62 square metres, and situated in an historic family farm. The location is 34 km from CIAMPINO AIRPORT, 58 km from FIUMICINO AIRPORT (Leonardo da Vinci) and 7 km from TIVOLI'S famous Villa D'Este and Villa Adriana. We are also 13 km from MARCO SIMONE GOLF CLUB and 25 km from the center of ROME. There is a large car park close to the apartment and a private swimmiong pool on the farm which can be reserved in advance at a small cost. The apartment has a large double bedroom with a single bed and a baby's cot if needed. There is also a small room with two bunk-beds, a bathroom with shower. The accommodation is completed by a large kitchen/ sitting room (with a sofa bed for two persons), TV, WI-FI and air conditioning. English, French, Spanish and Italian are all spoken.l The apartment is on the first floor (there is no lift) and is part of an old building on a family farm dated 1800, still working as a farm producing cereals and other crops, and also Piemontese breeding cattle, and a few other small animals. We are a multi-cultural family, my husband is English, my mother Canadian.
