As you arrive, you'll find a driveway accommodating one car, with additional parking available on Sleepy Hollow right at the front of the neighborhood. The garage is a fitness enthusiast's dream, featuring a gym area with weights, a heavy bag, and more. Step inside and discover the inviting atmosphere. The main floor boasts an outdoor deck with a grill, perfect for al fresco dining. The basement offers a cozy retreat, complete with a comfortable couch, a smart TV, and a remote-controlled gas fireplace. Additionally, there's plenty of space for activities, including a dartboard. The upstairs features three bedrooms, one of which has a comfortable king bed with a lush mattress pad, blackout curtains, and a two-sink bathroom. Other things to note Two notes: 1) the main bedroom closet is used as a utility storage closet, however, there are 2 dressers available in the main bedroom and the two guest rooms and the closet on the main floor all have closets with hangers, 2) the main bathroom bath will not fill up all the way with hot water due to the hot water running out, but you can use the guest bathroom in the hallway for baths if you'd like. No dogs/pets allowed. We will provide a house manual with other details and recommendations for local activities and dining.
