Swan Valley Heights - Suffolk Studio

This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It is part of an enormous house which consists of Merino Manor, 3br unit plus Perendale Penthouse, 4br unit. Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in. The space We are situated half way up the Darling Scarp. We have amazing views over the entire city but we can look over the garden fence and see the kangaroos grazing along side my sheep. I have some pygmy goats arriving soon. You dont understand "Cute" until you see 2 or 3 baby goats following mum around the yard. My chooks are very friendly as well. They actually reside on Merino Manor private area but if "little" people want to visit them I can usually arrange such a visit. Have a look in the Folders that I provide in each unit. Maps in there will clearly show which areas are private or shared. Guest access Your own private path leads you up to the swimming pool. The pool is a shared area but the lawn area outside the pool belongs to Merino Manor. From your private verandah you have delightful views of the city and you will have total viewing access to some of the most stunning sensets in WA. You are adjacent to my pride and joy, one of the most attractive rose gardens in the area. Sit back on a balmy evening and enjoy the most delightful scent from these beautiful deep orange roses You would battle to find a nicer spot to enjoy a glass of local wine or a pint of beer from one of the many local wineries or Micro Breweries Other things to note Suffolk Studio is a one bedroom unit but I have an extra King Single Bed in the living area.
