Other things to note *** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS *** Since 2012, the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in Catalunya contributes with a city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost is not included in the reservation. In addition, guests must send their ID or passport information prior to their visit to Barcelona, as required by Catalan Law and by the National and International police. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs and check-out is at 11:00 am. Non-agreed late check-outs will incur a 100€ charge per hour late. *** HOUSE RULES *** Parties, drugs, loud noise, or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction. Guests must observe quiet time between 10pm and 9am, respect neighbors, and be respectful in common areas such as hallways, entrance, elevator, and stairs. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost. Smoking in interior areas will have a charge of 100€ plus all cleaning fees involved. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
