The space This is a cozy home with all the amenities for a happy stay. Privately located at the base of the mountains in the Baca, it’s about a 10-minute drive from downtown. All the spiritual centers are within walking distance. It is only 45 minutes from the Great Sand Dunes National Park as well as a wide selection of hot springs, the alligator farm, the UFO viewing station, hiking and much more. We offer an ideal setting for any visitors to take a break from routine with friends or family. There is a conveniently located health food store, general store, restaurants and cafe that are a quick drive from the house. This house is 1 level except the few stairs upon entering the property. The living room has a large seating area with couches, a dining room and full kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and dishwasher. The house is centrally heated to keep you warm in the winter and there are ceiling fans & portable AC to keep the space cool in the summer. Come stay with us and have an adventure exploring all the fun places this valley has to offer! Please keep note that in certain seasons there are different pesky issues like mice or mosquitoes so keep the doors shut as much as possible. 🙏🏼 Other things to note As a friendly PSA from June through July we have a heavy mosquito season! Please keep that in mind before booking.
