Awesome rustic tiny home in the Smoky Mountains of Flag Pond, Tennessee. Escape the chaos of life and relax on your deck overlooking the bold stream. In the evenings build a bonfire & soak in your private hot tub. White water rafting/tubing, ziplining, horseback riding, great hiking to waterfalls & snow skiing and tubing are just minutes away. Downtown Asheville, NC AND Johnson City,Tn are just 30 minutes away for nightlife, great restaurants & local breweries. The space No shared spaces. We live and do have a four other Airbnb rentals on the property. All rentals have their own privacy however you will most likelyl see other people out and about! Other things to note *****BED LINENS AND TOWELS****** Your bed linens (fitted/flat sheet, pillow cases and quilt) and one towel per person per day is automatically included in cleaning fee. If you wish to bring your own, please let me know atleast one week prior to your arrival and i will gladly deduct $25 from the cleaning fee. ****PET/SMOKING POLICY***** We ABSOLUTELY do not allow smoking or VAPING WEED inside the rentals. Smoking is only allowed outside. Please be respectful and use ashtray for butts. We do allow one friendly, potty trained non-aggressive pet with a $25 pet fee. The $25 charge is not a fee that we implement to clean up after your pet...you are responsible to clean up behind your pet inside and outside (waste matter) the rental. If your pet sheds ...please let us know and we will provide a vacuum for you to clean up any excess hair. Your pet cannot be left unattended innthe rental unless crated. Failure to comply with smoking/pet policy will result in loss of all or part of your security deposit! Thank you
