Seaside Retreat is a cosy three bedroom bungalow in the village of Rye Harbour, only a 5 minute walk from the nature reserve. The property sleeps 6 in three bedrooms - two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a 3ft single bed and a child's bed for children aged up to 12 years. There is a kitchen/dining room, boot/utility room, bathroom, additional cloakroom and cosy lounge with wood-burner. Large enclosed garden. Only 3 miles from Rye and beach only a 15 minute walk. The space The property is light and airy with a modern non fussy feel. There is a woodburner in the lounge and a large enclosed garden with decked terrace. Parking for two cars outside the property on the street. The road to the bungalow is an unmade track so care is required. Maximum of 4 adults and no pets. Guest access They whole property Other things to note Please note the accommodation is for self-catering - we provide a starter pack of items like toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and new jeye cloth but they will most likely not last the duration of your stay. We do not provide salt, pepper or oil but there may be some in the property if previous guests have left it. We do not provide shower gel or shampoo. Please note the TV does not have an aerial so only internet TV is available
