The house is an architecturally designed environmentally friendly 3-storey pole home construction that was originally built in the early 1980’s and was completely renovated in 2020 -21 in respect of all internal building material components, services and landscaping. Baraga contains spacious living areas throughout with generous floor to ceiling spaces and plenty of natural light. The kitchen/living areas are supported by a large, partially covered north facing deck providing the basis for some great outdoor living and entertainment. Even an out door shower is provided for your convenience. The designer kitchen features stainless steel bench tops, a gas cooker/electric oven, rangehood, dishwasher/microwave. Making this a perfect place to unwind/relax in style and comfort, spend days and evenings outdoors and indoors. This stunning home comfortably sleeps 6 adults (1 Queen Bed and 4 Single Beds.
