The open, modern living-dining area with kitchen invites you to make yourself comfortable. In the kitchen there is everything you need to conjure up a delicious meal: Here you will find, among other things, an oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Of course, a basic set of oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and the like should not be missing. At the extendable table you can comfortably eat, chat, work or play. And on the foldable couch you can make yourself comfortable in front of the TV after a relaxing day and end the evening. In the bedroom, a large, comfortable double bed (2 x 1.80 meters) ensures a good night's sleep. The daylight bathroom with shower, toilet and washer-dryer offers the best comfort. And the south terrace with table, four chairs, umbrella and cozy garden bench invites you to linger. Other things to note Our house is located in a quiet residential street in Gusterath in the immediate vicinity of the forest. There begins the first dream loop, one of 111 wonderful dream loop hikes around Hunsrück and Hochwald. The Ruwer bike path is only minutes away. From there you can ride on the old railway line to Kell am See, or to the Moselle and on to Trier or Koblenz. Trier, the oldest city in Germany, can be reached quickly by bus. The nearest stops are only 300 and 550 meters away. By car, it is 12 kilometers, or 15 minutes to downtown. There, of course, pure culture awaits you in the footsteps of the Romans. And if you fancy something special away from the main shopping streets, you will find some of the most beautiful and hip cafés and bistros on Neustraße, for example. Chic bars and iconic pubs also make the nightlife in the student city an experience. Feel free to ask us for more excursion tips in Trier and the surrounding area! You can park directly opposite our front door free of charge on the street or 50 meters away, also free of charge, in a public parking lot. Gusterath offers several doctors, a pharmacy, a hairdresser. Right in the neighboring village of Pluwig you will find a supermarket, a bakery, as well as several restaurants. Other shopping facilities are only 5-10 minutes away by car.
