The house is equipped with NBN unlimited highspeed wifi. Our huge walk in pantry is complimented by a massive top quality chef kitchen for cooking those big family meals to be enjoyed on our huge wooden 10-seater dining table in the dining area or outside on the large open deck with our outdoor dining table. The house has been fully renovated to give you the real breezy beach feel. Big windows and triple sliding doors to capture the sun and summer breeze for relaxing after a long day in the pool or at the beach! Large pool for the kids to play in or enjoy a cold beer. Outdoor shower, sunbeds and umbrella to relax and read a book. BBQ on the deck and large grey gum outdoor seating for those summer BBQs overlooking the pool and the tropical national park. We have central aircon for keeping those summer temperatures down and ceiling fans. Note this is a quiet family friendly residential street with lovely local neighbours. This is NOT a party house, this is family house and we love our neighbours and street. Any parties or more guests than 10 in total and you will be asked to leave immediately. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself to enjoy privately. There is a second level but we lock that off as its the family bedrooms. The house is located on a lovely cul-de-sac street and a corner block with a fire trail walking path leading into the national park with just our house on that street, so plenty of street parking, plus driveway parking at the house. Getting around the neighbourhood is super easy, walk to the beach, up to Blueys shops and around to Mobys Bar for a drink! A 5 minute drive in either direction will take you to some of the most magic beaches such as Elizabeth Beach, Blueys Beach, Celitos and Seal Rocks in 15 mins. National Parks with hiking and picnics all around, and Wallis Lake, Smiths Lake and Myall Lakes surrounding us! 1-minute drive to Blueys shops, Hueys Pizza, Kembali Cafe and Drift Burgers and coffee. The Rekky pub is also just around the corner the other direction sitting right on the water with the best sunsets in the area/world! Also, a pharmacy and doctors' surgery are at Blueys if you need. 5 minutes to Food Works and Fuel 15 minutes to Forster Stocklands with Coles, Woolies, Aldi, Pharmacy and everything else you would expect in a big city.
