Enjoy end of the road privacy with your stay at this beautiful log home on Mill Creek. Just a few miles from Challis this property is situated for all of your outdoor adventures and makes a perfect touring stop. Located just off the Custer Motorway we are minutes from the wilderness, the Salmon river, multiple high mountain lakes and surrounded by thousands of miles of public land, so wether you are hunting, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, rafting, riding ATVs-it can all be done from here. The space The cabin is 900+ square feet with a huge wrap around deck including a gas grill and furniture for both dining and lounging. Retreat to the fire pit after dinner and enjoy the clear dark sky. The cabin sleeps five and is complete with a full kitchen and dining. Stack washer/dryer, beautiful bathroom with a tile shower, TV/DVD player, assorted family friendly DVDs, a collection of books and board games. We have ample parking for trailers, ATVs and boats. We have corrals for use and horses are welcome. Sorry no dogs. Livestock guardian dogs are at work on the property. Guest access We are located on a dirt road about one mile off the country asphalt road. Our private dirt road is one mile long. You will have your own private parking and entrance. There is a barn and corrals for horses. Please bring your own hay. We are in the process of fencing in our pastures. You will be able to enjoy a year round creek as the wrap around deck faces the creek and has plenty of sunshine as it gets east and south sunshine. There is a mowed green space between the cabin and the creek. Be aware of the wildlife located on and surrounding the property. Other things to note This is a western renovated cabin with numerous antiques. We have goats, dogs, cats, chickens and hunny bees on the property. That usually keep to themselves.
