Located at the entrance of Fase 1, the rental is within walking distance to the beach, 5th Ave, and offers a partial ocean view from the rooftop plunge pool and seating area. The ground floor of the rental features a living room that opens directly into the shared front yard pool. An outdoor shower is also available to wash away beach sand. The house is divided into three levels, each with a kitchen and living area, as well as three bedrooms. The open concept and open air architecture allow for a tropical breeze throughout the entire rental. This listing is for 2 of the 3 floors. However, due to the humidity, sun, and salty air in Playa del Carmen, older homes like these may require ongoing maintenance. If any issues arise during your stay, our team, led by Danny, is ready to address them promptly. If you are looking for a newer property, we have other listings available.
