The apartment was mainly equipped with high-quality designer furniture from the manufacturers Flamant, Riviera Maison and Gervasoni. Within walking distance you can reach the Scharbeutz town center and the beach via the bathing path. Seasonal beach chair included On the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, a beach chair is available free of charge during the beach chair season from May 15th to September 15th. Living The apartment has a living and kitchen area as well as two bedrooms and can accommodate four guests. There are two fully equipped bathrooms with floor-level shower and real glass shower enclosure. The practical things (e.g. a washing machine) are located in the utility room. In the living area, the comfortable Hussensofa and two leather armchairs in a harsh vintage style invite you to relax. The TV with PS4 in the living room is discreetly housed in the TV cabinet. The massive dining table blends harmoniously into the living area and bridges the gap between the cozy living area and the modern and clearly kept handle-free kitchen, which is also well equipped for hobby cooks. In both bedrooms there are comfortable double beds (160 x 200) and a LED TV. The built-in closets offer plenty of storage space and the built-in safe provides appropriate security for the dear valuables that are also on vacation. Electric shutters ensure a comfortable sleep. Likewise, underfloor heating offers the guest a great feel-good atmosphere. On the two outdoor terraces with beautiful garden furniture you can fully enjoy the sun in the morning and in the afternoon and early evening hours… what could be nicer on vacation?! Entertainment For evening entertainment, there are three LED TVs and a Blu-Ray player available and invite you to cozy TV evenings. Wi-Fi access and a stereo with iPod connection are also part of the entertainment. Design & Style The new apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Parking & bicycles So that you do not need to look for a parking space on vacation, there is an underground parking space (clearance height max. 2.10 m) for your car directly under the house.
