A few meters from the accommodation, you will find; Montargis (10 min by car), Amilly (10 min by car, supermarkets and QUICK HALAL, Châlette-sur-Loing supermarkets and HALAL butcher with bonus delivery burger halal sandwich shop, shopping malls, the Loiret castles, restaurants. The space TRAVELERS WILL BE ABLE TO PARK OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY, THERE ARE PARKING SPOTS. It is a small studio of 16 square meters. It is composed of a large room with kitchenette and a small, very functional bathroom; not to mention all the small details that will make your stay even more pleasant. Please bring slippers to walk around the studio. For business travelers, you will be welcome. Note: 120 × 200 cm sofa bed for a small couple. you have a reservation for 1 person, and if you are 2, add 1 person as a substitute on the platform. We have another studio on the site Studio chalet service in addition to private pool/spa, but this studio is 1h30 from Paris, large sofa bed convertible but fixed, leave open for more comfort. I inform you in the countryside notice to travelers leave the door and window closed if you enjoy the garden lounge or cigarette break 🚬 to avoid cockroaches, various flying insects all mixed up, frog, flies, mosquitoes, etc... enter the accommodation in order to avoid harming your stay. Outside 2 large fields space to park your car. Don't leave anything suspicious in the car once parked Guest access You have access to the garden and the barbecue area. You can access your accommodation through the garden. Please respect the rules listed below and treat my home as if it were your own. PLEASE NOTE: there is another studio in the property. THANK YOU for avoiding making too much noise so as not to disturb the tranquility of other guests.(PLEASE avoid heels and any other loud objects inside the unit). Hygiene is my number one priority. RECYCLING your waste: please separate paper, cardboard, packaging and plastic bottles from other waste and place them in the Yellow and Green outdoor bins. NO INVITING FRIENDS AND PARTYING. Failure to comply with these rules may result in your reservation being canceled. Excessive consumption of heating will be the responsibility of the guest. (The invoice will be sent to the AIRBNB platform) A FEW photos before occupying the premises. MAKE SURE to clean the accommodation (toilet bowl to be cleaned without feces or fecal traces, dishes to be cleaned and stored without grease) before your departure... exit inventory done before the keys are handed over. No events, no outside guests allowed. CHECKOUT TIME: 11:30 a.m. LATE CHECK-OUT: Additional cost of 10 euro per person per hour if the guest wishes. Other things to note Very important note: Please respect all the rules listed below and treat my home as if it were yours. ATTENTION: There is another studio in the property: Please avoid making too much noise and do not disturb the tranquility of the other guests. (Please avoid heels and any other loud objects inside the SOUNDPROOFED unit.) Hygiene is my number 1 priority; (Reservations for 1 or 2 people.) Recycling your waste: please separate paper and plastic bottles from other waste. PROHIBITION to invite friends and party. Failure to comply with these rules may result in your reservation being canceled. Abusive OVERCONSUMPTION of heating will be the responsibility of the guest.(The invoice will be sent to the Airbnb platform). A few photos will be taken before the occupancy of the premises and sent to your AIRBNB mailbox. Make sure to clean the accommodation well (toilet bowl to be cleaned without trace and fecal matter, and dishes to be cleaned, tidy the drawers) before departure and check the condition of the premises. No events, no outside guests allowed, no inviting friends or family members. Failure to comply with these rules may result in cancellation of your reservation. CHECKOUT time 11:30 a.m. LATE check-out; Additional cost of 10 euros per hour if the guest wishes to stay longer in the accommodation to be paid online. Guests must leave the accommodation clean, clean dishes, vacuum cleaner available to the guest. All guests, towel rail heating programmed at 20 degrees bathroom and main room heating 19.5 degrees for those who wish to increase the heating to more than 20 degrees towel rail 20 degrees should pay the sum of €10 daily every 2 degrees, if the guest wishes to increase the heating they can pay directly on the platform. Additional service for the stay or the night, comparison of the EDF meter in the pavilion is located in the property, possibly will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the stay with proof that I will send to the platform, if the guests do not comply with the regulations imposed. Guests are expected to leave the property clean, with a vacuum cleaner available before they check out.
