THERE ARE PARKING SPACES. It is a small studio of 16 square meters,It is composed of a large room with kitchenette and a small bathroom very functional;not to mention all the small details that will make your stay even more enjoyable. Please bring slippers to move around the studio. For business travelers, you will be welcome. Note: sofa bed 120×200 for a small couple. you have a reservation for 1 person and if you are 2 add 1 extra person on the platform. We have another studio on the Studio chalet site extra private pool/ spa conserne this studio 1h30 from Paris large sofa bed but fixed leave open for more convenience. I inform you of the notice to guests to leave the door and window closed if you enjoy the garden lounge or cigarette break 🚬 to avoid cockroaches, various flying insects, frogs, flies, mosquitoes, etc. entering the accommodation to avoid harming your stay. PLEASE avoid making too much noise so as not to disturb the tranquility of other guests.( PLEASE avoid heels and any other sound objects inside the unit). Hygiene is my number1 priority. RECYCLING your waste: please separate the paper, cardboard ,packaging and plastic bottles from other waste to the Yellow and Green outdoor dumpsters. PROHIBITION TO ENGAGE FRIENDS AND PARTY. Failure to comply with these rules could result in canceling your reservation could be canceled. Overconsumption of heating will be charged to the guest.(the invoice will be sent to the AIRBNB platform) A FEW photos before occupancy . MAKE SURE to clean the accommodation properly (toilet bowl to be made clean without fecal or faecal traces, dishes to be made clean and tidy up without greasy) before your departure... checkout of the premises made before the key exchange.
