Home sits in a remote community with access to a 480-acre lake great for pan/bass/walleye fishing. Walk down to the lake, public docks, or 13 mile trail right from the backyard. Amenities include a pool, golf course, scenic 13-mile gravel trail, pickle ball courts, relax at the beach, or enjoy lakefront dining. This home is in close proximity to the Apple River State Park or Galena where you can shop, relax at a day spa, or visit a local winery. Home has a backyard built-in fire pit, supplied wood, lawn chairs, board games, toys, foosball, air hockey, and corn hole. Towels, linins, cookware, grill, silverware, dishes, pack n play, highchair, fishing poles, all included, just pack your food/bags, and enjoy this peaceful, family retreat. There's a bathroom off of the master bedroom, a common bathroom on the main floor, and another full size bath in the lower level. This home is in a great location and within walking distance of many amenities offered at Apple Canyon.
