This accommodation is offered exclusively for short-term rentals, intended for justified temporary stays. The Space Reservation requires the signing of a lease agreement and the deposit of a security deposit in accordance with applicable regulations. The accommodation is intended solely as a temporary accommodation solution. The tenant expressly declares that this is not their habitual or permanent residence, and therefore, registration at this address is not permitted. The apartment is divided into a living area with a sofa and television, a fully equipped and renovated kitchen-dining room, and two bedrooms; the first with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed. A comfortable sofa is also available. This is a warm and welcoming space, designed and designed to provide the best possible stay for guests. It is mandatory to take out the trash regularly and prevent it from accumulating in the home during your stay.
