The barbecue area set in the granite, has a grill, oven and sink, there are also three covered parking spaces. ===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== The villa is on two levels: - on the first floor there is a large and cosy living room with a well-equipped kitchen, the living area opens onto two covered verandas, the first furnished with a sitting and relaxing area, the second with a dining area. There are also two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and one with direct access to the pool, complete the floor a twin bedroom and a courtesy bathroom. - On the lower floor there is a cosy living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with fireplace, two bright double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a twin bedroom with bathroom. Access is allowed both from inside and from an outside terrace. NOTE in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25 euro cancellation management fee will be charged.
