The space The duplex apartment can not only accommodate up to 6 guests (4 adults, 2 children), but also comfort and flexibility: you can expect a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher, a modern living room with smart TV and Netflix as well as two cozy bedrooms with king size beds. Pets are allowed, and for families with young children we provide a baby cot on request. Thanks to the soundproofed design, you can relax in complete peace and quiet. Guest access You have the entire apartment including balcony all to yourself. Whether you use the fully equipped kitchen, the bedrooms, the living room or the balcony – everything is at your disposal. Access via an uncomplicated self-check-in, which we offer until 9 pm. If it's later, we'll find a solution together beforehand. Other things to note - Please note that our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. - Pets are welcome, but we kindly ask you to let us know before booking. The apartment is professionally cleaned after each stay to meet the highest hygiene standards. - Check-in is from 3pm, please check out by 10am. - A baby cot is available on request. - We recommend a car as public transport is limited. - Parking is available in a personal underground parking space (Attention: the height of the vehicle must not exceed 1.80 meters)
