Bungalow Cala Dor 27 The space Beautiful vacation apartment with community pool, ocean view and direct access to Cala Gran beach (Cala Dor). The bright and cozy vacation home consists of a living/dining room and a modern kitchen very well equipped with everything you need to cook and feel like you were in the house itself. Also, there are 2 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds that together make a double bed , and another bedroom is with 3 single beds. There are 2 fully renovated bathrooms and therefore the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, each room has air conditioning, and in the living room there is satellite TV, a crib and a high chair. Large terrace/balcony is a privileged place for all guests. There we find two sun loungers for sunbathing and a dining table, where you can enjoy their breakfasts, meals and dinners with splendid views of the sea and the beach. Whether it's under an umbrella or in the warm rays of the sun, here you can relax and forget the stress of everyday life. The biggest draw of this oceanfront home is the view of the bay of Cala Gran, whose turquoise waters and white sand are only 100 meters away on foot. A selection of restaurants is located within 200m and a nearby supermarket can be reached with a short walk as it is short distance, just 300m approximately. Linens and towels are included in the price. The owner of the house asks for responsible and sustainable electricity consumption, otherwise additional costs may arise. Other things to note ADDITIONAL NOTES - A few days before your arrival, you must contact the agency to communicate your arrival time and arrange the key pick up. - One day before you arrive, the reception office will contact you to coordinate the time and pick up the key. - Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 PM - Check-out: 00.00 - 10.00 am - Electricity is not included in the price and is paid separately €10,00/night. - If a late check-out is possible, whenever possible, сontacar with the agency to specify availability, cost and hours. DEPOSIT Upon arrival, guests will be required to pay a deposit of €300.00 by card. It will be refunded within 7 days of check out if the house is in the agreed terms.
