This private in-law basement unit is beautifully appointed and ready to be your home-away-from-home. Adventure is at your doorstep—hit the slopes just 20 minutes away at Park City’s Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, or The Canyons. Prefer water fun? Deer Creek and Jordanelle Reservoir are nearby. Love shopping? Explore Heber’s Main Street or stroll through Park City’s historic district. Whatever your style—outdoor adventure, shopping, or relaxing—you’ll find it all here! WHY WE LOVE OUR HOME Once you settle in, you may never want to leave! We believe the small details matter, and we personally enjoy the finer things in life. Comfort, cleanliness, and convenience are so important to us when we travel, and we want our space to reflect that for our guests. Sleep up to four guests comfortably: a heavenly king bed in the master, a pull-out sofa bed, and an optional air mattress in the theater room. Whip up meals in the fully stocked kitchen, stream your favorite shows on the large projector in the theater room, unwind in the backyard hot tub, or step into the aromatherapy steam shower for your own private spa moment. Snow gear? We’ve got you covered with storage space and a boot-and-glove drying station. Cozy, convenient, relaxing, and full of charm—this is the getaway you deserve. MASTER BEDROOM Your private master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and a smart TV for late-night binge sessions. With the blinds closed, you can easily lose track of time and indulge in some much-needed rest. The adjoining bathroom includes a beautiful aromatherapy steam shower to melt away stress and create a true spa-like experience during your stay. HOME DETAILS This suite is part of a comfortable, welcoming home in a quiet Heber City neighborhood. You’ll have your own private entrance and full access to the fenced backyard, hot tub, and grill. We only access these areas for essential maintenance during your stay so you can enjoy them fully and without interruption. We also have a gorgeous private massage room on the property. If you’d like to elevate your stay with an in-home massage, let us know—licensed massage therapists are available upon request, and we take care of all the details for you. -European style washer/dryer in the unit. -High Quality air mattress available for extra sleeping space. -No AC but don’t let this worry you. With the way it sits the place stays perfectly cool even on the warmest sunny day. -Transit: Driving or paid transportation is recommended. Public transit isn’t common in this area, and the distance from the airport means Uber or Lyft rides can be on the higher side. -Winter conditions: Icy sidewalks, snow, and icicles may be present. We do our best to take care of this in a timely manner but also not too early as to wake you if you want a slow morning. Guest access Guests have full access to their private suite, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and theater room. A private massage room is also available on the property — a licensed massage therapist can visit upon request, and we’ll take care of all the details for you. Other things to note We also share a link to our YouTube channel after booking with helpful instructions for the suite and property. Early check-in and late check-out may be available — just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule, especially if you have a late night flight home.
