Welcome to "La Cave", an old shed that we have rehabilitated into a charming vacation home. We would be delighted to host you there!!! Ideal for vacations for couples, families or groups of friends, a romantic weekend, a business trip. Rated 4-star Furnished Tourist Accommodation in 2023 (10% discount for a week-long/7-night reservation) The space It is a village house, full of charm: stone walls, wooden beams, ironwork, glass roof, workshop door, wooden furniture... light and relaxing color. Located in the heart of a small typical village of the Midi, surrounded by vineyards, scrub and pine forest, the house is ideally located between Narbonne and Carcassonne. Come and discover the vineyards of Corbières and Minervois, explore the wine route with tasting in the cellars, come and marvel at the Cité de Carcassonne, the Cathar Castles (Les Citadelles du Vertige), the abbeys, come and enjoy the beaches of the Aude coast (Gruissan, Narbonne-Plage, Saint-Pierre La Mer, Fleury, Leucate, La Franqui...), stroll along the many trails in the scrub or along the Canal du Midi. Whether you're coming as a couple, with family or friends, for a night, a weekend or a longer vacation, we make sure you have a pleasant stay ... If you are on a business trip, the house that is located near the main roads (RD113, motorway exit of Lézignan-Corbières at 6km) will bring you all the necessary comfort for your stay (late arrival, quietness of the house, wifi connection) - Large house of 100 m² with beautiful volumes and bathed in light with its large bay windows and three terraces: large bay window facing south which opens onto a pleasant patio, terrace on the living room and bedroom side and large terrace on the 2nd floor offering a superb view of the Aousina hill, the pine forest and the wind turbines. -Two independent sleeping areas with a bathroom and a toilet for each room. The beds will be ready upon your arrival and towels will be made available. A room with a bed in 160x200 A room with a bed in 180x200 (which can be separated into two beds of 90x200 at your request). -If you are traveling with an infant, we will provide you with a high chair, a changing table with a bathtub, a crib , first-aged toys as well as gates to secure the stairs. - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction plate, filter coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Essentials at your disposal: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, Tassimo pods, tea, herbal teas, sponge, dish soap, cleaning products, laundry detergent ... -Each room has a flat-screen TV Large flat-screen TV in the living room. - Free Wi-Fi in the house. - Laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine, dryer, iron, stretcher, vacuum cleaner. -Parking place under the porch at the entrance of the house. Small parking lot right in front of the house. Guest access The cottage has stairs. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (we are really sorry). To ensure the safety of your young children, we put at your disposal two barriers to secure the stairs. Other things to note The cottage is conveniently located between Narbonne and Carcassonne.
