Also available: - High-Speed internet with AC WiFi that even extends into the yard. - Washer and Dryer (Laundry detergent provided). - Gas and coal grill for great cookouts (propane provided). - Seating area with a gas fire pit (propane is provided) Please note: We welcome any responsible guests however if the majority of the adults in your group are under 25 we require an additional refundable damage deposit paid separately from your booking of $750. If everyone in your group is under 21 we do not allow alcohol on the property. No events or parties allowed. This is a vacation rental Other things to note Absolutely no smoking or vaping at the house or near open doors or windows. Casa Del Lago sits in a quiet little neighborhood that is just off route 66, fenced all around it is perfect for large families with plenty of activities and space to spread out. Outdoor hot tub located next to the pool for all year around use. Guest access Parking: Up to 5 cars can be parked at the property, 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Please see photos in the listing pictures to get a better understanding of the parking. Please DO NOT BLOCK THE GUEST UNIT PARKING WHICH IS LOCATED BEHIND THE WOODEN FENCE. ( Street parking is not allowed ) House Access: There is a Keypad Lock on the front door, you will be given the code after booking. Other things to note - PET FRIENDLY STAY: House-trained pets are allowed for a fee of $150 per pet per stay. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. - NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS: We want you to enjoy the home but only registered guests are allowed during your stay. If you have a large group, please let us so know so we can see if this home is a good fit. - ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS: The base nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, there’s an additional fee of $39 per guest per night. - ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS: The fifth and sixth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. - STEAM SHOWER OUR OF SERVICE - - DISHWASHER OUT OF SERVICE- - ENTERTAINMENT: All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, let us know and we'll do it for you. - NO INDOOR SMOKING: Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. - POOL AND HOT TUB: Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. POOL NOT HEATED - LANDSCAPING: The landscaper goes once a week. - SECURITY CAMERAS: For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS: Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit. - PEST CONTROL: This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place. - GUEST HOUSE - There’s an independent guest house next to the property. This house has its own independent entrance, backyard and amenities. The only area shared between the homes is the very large driveway. Please do not block the left wooden gate as we need clear access to it. There is designated parking, on the right side of the driveway that can be seen in the photos. CANCELATION POLICY To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in If they cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
