Beautiful loft near Stuttgart am Schönbuch

Super nice single apartment in our owner-occupied detached house (BJ 2015). Ideal for business trips or as a starting point for tours in the nature of the Schönbuch. Good access to the Stuttgart area with airport - only about 30 minutes away. A large covered wooden terrace with lawn surrounds the entire apartment. The underfloor heating and a ventilation system ensure comfort. Custom kitchen from the kitchen builder, fast Wi-Fi and a large TV complete the package. The space Our house is pet-free and no one has ever smoked in the house. We would like to keep it that way. We ask that you do not smoke in the house, on the wooden terrace and also on the property. If necessary, a space in our double garage is available, then we park outside. Bicycles are available if you want to get a little more athletic. Nespresso machine is located in the kitchen. There are fresh rolls in several bakeries on site. By arrangement, we will gladly bring something, also for breakfast. The entrance can be reached easily and safely via its own staircase.
