This home is centrally located in Moreno Valley, a short drive from downtown Riverside and an 1&1/2 hour drive to beach cities. All of our spaces have been cleaned and sanitized in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 The space This is a beautiful private queen bedroom in a 2-story 5 bedroom house Wi-Fi access. 420 friendly but please keep it outside. Vapor is okay. Shared full bathroom with tub and shower. This room now has a mini fridge. We also have a coffee maker, toaster, microwave etc in the closet near the bathroom Quiet time is from 11pm-8am In our home we try to reduce our listings environmental footprint. We are completely ran off of solar! Driveway and sidewalk in front of house are free parking spots Laundry is for long term guests only PLEASE REMEMBER Friday mornings between 7am-2pm, be sure to park in the driveway to avoid getting a ticket from the street sweeper. This is a 2 story house, please be cautious on the stairs, no falls, or trips down the stairs are to be blamed by this listing. By booking this room, you are aware there are stairs. No early Check-ins Please keep in mind that check out is 11am. $25 late check-out fee. No exceptions Guest access Laundry is for long term (monthly) guests only. Other things to note We can definitely do long term stays! Open communication is highly appreciated :) We have reptiles and snakes in locked enclosures who are nearby the front door so please keep the vibrations low. Please don’t slam the door.
