It has easy access from all directions, beaches 15 minutes away, Sierra de Cádiz, etc. And if the plans are to get to know the city, you are a 5-minute walk from downtown. The space The apartment is on the first floor, but it has an elevator. It is located in a building with a beautiful inner courtyard that divides two blocks. Very quiet house, a quiet environment and the apartment comes with everything you need to live in it during the days you want to spend in the city. It has all kinds of cooking utensils, a refrigerator, a microwave, induction cooktops, etc. In the bedroom and in the living room they have a built-in four-door wardrobe with drawers, trouser racks, etc. In the living room there is a chaise longue-style sofa bed, which is a 1.40x2.00 bed. The bathroom is independent for use by all guests without having to go through the bedroom. It has a beautiful patio with its furniture and awning to enjoy it. The location is ideal for enjoying one of our most popular traditions such as HOLY WEEK, THE ZAMBOMBAS, THE JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA FAIR. Guest access There is the possibility of renting a parking space inside the building for the days you need during your stay. But parking in the area is pretty good.
