You will have full access to all of the resort amenities including the healing mineral pools, gym & more! The space Nestled in the remote & tranquil Sky Valley Resort of Desert Hot Springs, this cozy 700sqft home is perfect for those who want a quiet oasis getaway with a hint of island vibes. Have a relaxing read in our mini surf loft or unwind on our covered deck with a cold beverage in hand and enjoy the beautiful duck filled view of the lake and desert mountains while stargazing in the evenings. Experience the simplicity of the tiny home lifestyle and enjoy our 2-bedroom, 1 ½ bath home with all completely new furnishings. Our kitchen has everything you need including stove, microwave, toaster, blender, tea kettle and a filtered water pitcher. For the caffeine lovers, choose from our selection of Keurig, drip coffee maker, or French Press. Also includes high speed WIFI, 2 smart TVs, basic cable Netflix, Wall AC/Heat units, coffee, tea, filtered water, laundry facility (in resort) and free parking. Coming from the hustle and bustle of the city, experience the pleasure of nature’s silence, clean desert air, and low light pollution. Take advantage of the healing hot springs (1-minute walk), take a dip and put yourself in a state of bliss while gazing at the starry desert sky. Peace will envelope you the moment you step into the resort. Sky Valley Resort is a quiet community of friendly vacationers, snowbirds, and residents. If you’re looking to party and get loud, this place may not be ideal for you. However, if you enjoy peace, calm and vast desert nature, this is the perfect place! Required minimum age of 25. Proof of ID required within 24 hours of booking and signed contract is also required within 48 hours after booking. Note: Pets/animals are not allowed inside the property. Guest access Sky Valley Resort is a gated community. You will be provided a gate code upon your arrival. 2-car parking is available in the driveway. Sky Valley Resort is very walkable. Feel free to explore the many amenities the resort has to offer that is inclusive of your stay: 13 healing mineral pools (8am-10pm), saunas, pickle ball courts, Basketball courts, tennis, Fitness rooms (cardio room & weight room), Cafe & restaurant, library, Wednesday Farmer's market, and local hiking trails. Other things to note NUMBER OF GUESTS: When making a reservation request, please be sure to choose the correct amount of guests during your stay. The base price covers 2 guests. Any additional guest beyond 2 will incur an extra $20 per person, per stay. This amount is automatically calculated before you submit your booking requests. Thank you for your accuracy! LOCATION: While we are located in the greater Palm Springs area, the Mango House is located in a remote and peaceful location in Desert Hot Springs 12 miles North of Palm Springs. Enjoy the stillness of the desert while only being a 20-25min ride away from Palm Springs & Palm Desert. On your stay, explore Coachella Valley Preserve’s Thousand Palms Oasis which is an 8-minute ride away or transport yourself to one of California’s other worldly places, Joshua Tree, a scenic 40-minute cruise to the National park, eclectic hipster shops, and unique desert art installations. The nearest restaurant from our tropical refuge is a 15-minute drive away so be sure to grab your meal or come prepared before you arrive to your new home away from home.
