Guests can stay for 25 days or longer. The space The apartment is a 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor of an apartment building with 4 apartments on 3 floors. The kitchen is equipped with the following large appliances: Electric stove with 4 burners, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. In addition, a kettle, coffee maker, SodaStream, food processor/mixer, kitchen scale and egg cooker are available. All necessary pots and pans, as well as kitchen utensils, are in the cabinets and drawers. The living-bedroom is separated by a curtain. In the sleeping area there is a 200x140cm bed with two bedside tables. In front of the bed is a chest that can be used as a luggage rack. The desk with office chair is placed opposite the bed. Right next to it is the wardrobe with hangers. In the living area, a leather couch with table invites you to linger. The dining table can accommodate 4 people. Right at the entrance is a shelf for keys and cell phone. In the hallway to the kitchen there is a shoe cabinet and two more cabinets that can be used as a wardrobe. The apartment is newly-renovated and is also used by me when I am in HD. It has a covered terrace with benches and a table. A gas grill and a ping-pong table are available in summer. The house is surrounded by a garden, which is delimited by vegetation and a fence. It can be used at any time. Dogs can move freely, but should be supervised, as the clever little ones always find a gap in the vegetation. The town center, forest or vineyard hiking trails as well as paths through orchards are in the immediate vicinity. Heidelberg, Mannheim, Sinsheim and the Palatinate with all their sights are quickly reached. Guest access You enter the apartment through the main entrance door of the staircase and the apartment door. Parking is possible right in front of the house in an on-site parking space. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is possible at any time on the terrace and in the garden. When disposing of garbage, the separation of garbage must be observed. Organic waste, recyclables and residual waste.
