Our home offers you a spacious, well proportioned room, blending traditional features with contemporary comforts. We provide complimentary refreshments, breakfast and snacks in your room so you can be completely independent. This is a quiet, family home, ideal for solo travellers or couples looking for a peaceful getaway close to Deal. The house itself is a stunning example of Edwardian design, retaining many original features including stained glass, tiling and woodwork. The space Your room is fully furnished to compliment the impressive floor to ceiling window that leads out onto the front balcony. Guests are welcome to use the seating provided on the balcony. Please note that we are situated on a main road so road noise is to be expected if the windows are open. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the room as well as juice and a selection of yogurts, snacks, fruit and cereals that are topped up daily. A seating area provides a useful space for eating, working or simply sitting reading the paper. All bed linen is 100% natural fibre and both feather and fibre pillows are provided. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden and also the hot tub when heated in August (towels & dressing gowns provided). Guest access You will be provided with your own key and are free to come and go as you please. In the event that we are not available to greet you personally, a key safe is provided for self check-in. Details provided on booking. Please note, this is a family home so ask that you are mindful of this in the evening when other people in the house may be asleep. During your stay This is a family home where we are often around to give local tips and suggestions according. You will always receive a warm welcome but can be as independent as you like. Other things to note We do have two very friendly, medium sized dogs who also live downstairs. They can be kept out of the way entirely if required but do bark when the doorbell is rung.
