Our luxury guesthouse awaits you. Walking distance to EVERYTHING both Burleigh and Tallebudgera beaches , Echo Beach, Tallebudgera Creek, National Park, and Burleigh Heads village. We have it all! Our beach home has a classic beach-style colour palette with luxury contemporary furnishings. Our Studio is completely private, with private entry, private deck and roomy interior. Complete with a full size kitchen and has been designed for the beach. The space Our beautifully appointed private Suite is so cozy and new with brand new ensuite, furniture, 65 inch SMART TV for your entertainment. It has been designed totally for the beach feel. You have your own outdoor area to sit, and very large out door seating area to read the paper, catch up on emails or just chill in your own privacy. The Suite has a full kitchen, with an induction cook top, oven, dishwasher, full size fridge, pots, pans saucepans etc and all the appliances. The large fridge also has a freezer if required. Hair dryer and iron are also supplied. Don’t forget the SMART TV if you want to tune into Netflix or Stan. Guest access Your area is your area, we are happy to have a chat, or let you be to enjoy. The laundry and the back yard are common areas, but your space is yours. Other things to note We do not allow parties or gatherings with loud music, and yelling or screaming will not be tolerated by us or our neighbors. We request you respect our peace and quiet at all times. If you want the party house this property is not for you.
